Thanks to your valuable feedback we have identified certain issues that are disturbing you in the game.
The origin of these are mainly Loading issues and may cause the following to occur:
- Game not loading or freezing
- Leaderboard errors
- Energy not being added to the bar
- Game not loading or freezing
- Leaderboard errors
- Energy not being added to the bar
We are aware of all of these issues and our Development Team is currently working hard to have them fixed so you can continue playing the game without any disruption.
In the meantime, it is important to follow our basic Troubleshooting steps as they can help you resolve most of the issues listed above.

ReplyDeleteyour troubleshooting steps are not useful.i am playing on chrome and mozilla (or on those based browsers)upgrading java and flash regularly, clearing cache daily.....so this is not useful.
and one more thing: zynga this is your regular answer on all your problems.try to solve them on other way....oh yes you forget to tell us to reinstal the game.not good.
