Disappearing Tickets - I never get my full ticket refill, why?

Hello Zynga Bingo Players,
 
 
We’ve noticed a number of our players contacting us about not receiving their ticket refill after a purchase has been made or not getting the full extent of a ticket refill when your ticket inventory is about 3/4 of the way full.

Tickets are not cumulative. What this means is that the ticket refill will only apply to the account up to the maximum ticket number. For example, above it shows that I have 8 tickets in my inventory and my maximum ticket number is 14 so I will only get 6 tickets once the refill timer is down to 0. I hope that helps!
