Missing Cows

Players report that after storing cows in the Dairy Barn, they disappear from the building and from Inventory.

There was initial confusion over the Storage and Inventory portions of the Dairy Barn feature, causing some players to accidentally sell the cows that were in their Barns. The icons for the cows in storage are babies, which caused players to sell the stored adults unknowingly.  We have since prevented selling of Adult Cows in the Inventory sections. Only youth and baby cows can be sold from storage.

If you do not require a response from Customer Support, we recommend you click on "Please Fix" as an alternative to contacting us.

By clicking on "Please Fix", this tracks the number of customers that have been affected by the particular issue. Daily and weekly reports are sent to the Game studio with the number of the players that clicked on the button, specific to the issue listed above.
