Serving up a Brand New Message Center!

Hi Chefs!

Hot on the heels of the improved Gift Box, we’re excited to bring you a brand new Message Center. Based on your feedback, we’ve made some changes and the end result is the Game Inbox that’s faster and easier to navigate.

Breeze through and respond to your Special Deliveries, Thank you Requests and Gifts with fewer clicks. You’ll now be able to accept and view Special Deliveries from the same location. Also, the gift back option helps you send those return gifts much faster to all the friends who helped you. It’s a one-stop-shop to manage and respond to all your messages!

The upgraded Game Inbox has also been developed to work a lot quicker than the old Message Center. So no more long waits as you move on to the next request.

And we’re not done yet, so keep playing and check back for new changes! Thank you gifts for help received and an easier way to find new neighbors are just a few things you can look forward to.

How will the new Game Inbox work?

Currently, you can accept requests through two channels – the Zynga Message Center (ZMC) and the Landing pages through Facebook notifications. The new Game Inbox/Message Center will now, serve as a single point for all your requests.

What are the benefits of this?

Apart from accepting all requests from a single location, this Game Inbox now makes it easier and quicker to manage your requests. Faster accepts for requests as well as a quicker gift back option is just one of the many benefits of the new Message Center

Will the new Game Inbox see a change in the limit on requests?

The limit on requests will remain the same as it is currently. Please note, similar requests will be aggregated so that you can accept more requests at one time (one click accept all option). Additionally, there isn't an acceptance limit. Whatever you see, you can accept in the new game inbox.

Will this affect the limit on the Giftbox?

The limit on the Giftbox won’t change with the new Game inbox. Your Gift Box will continue to hold 500 different gifts as a maximum by default.
