Are my Recommendations working properly?

Greetings Chef,

A few of our fellow chefs were reporting issues with the Recommendations for the Universal Appreciation Quest.

While you need to collect 10 Recommendations to complete the quest, you can spend some of those recommendations along the way. Any Recommendations collected afterwards will not count towards your quest unless you exceed the initial amount.

For example, you have 10 recommendations, you spent 4 and now have 6 Recommendations. The task will still say you have earned 10. The counter will only start increasing once you have more than 10 again.
