Answer: To open Cirque Nouveau you’ll need:
 
✓ To be at Level 25 or higher
✓  To have collected 13 Charms
✓  Have the Mayor Charm, which can be achieved from the CityVille room
 
 
Question: What Charms can I collect in Cirque Nouveau?
Answer: Like the rooms before it, there are 3 charms you can collect.
 
✓  Monkeys
✓  Clown
✓  Elephant
 
 
Question: How much does it cost to play in Cirque Nouveau?
Answer: It will cost 6 Tickets per each card played
