How to go about this:
- Collect your dive team and equip them
- Next, get your statue from the sunken ruins, place it in your Empire and clean it to get it sparkling!
- Finally invite your friends and neighbors to restore and repair it and then prepare for the epic unveiling and fire it up to win..
- 100 Liberty Bonds!!
