Hanging With Friends - Known Issues

Hi Words Finders, 

Here is a list of the main Issues we are working on to fix at the moment.

Apple ID Issue	Players are being asked for their Apple ID credentials when loading/ playing the game	No TS steps applicable.
Unable to change Avatar / Balloons	Player changes Avatar / Balloon in the Shop, but is reverted back to the previous one when he/ she accesses a game	- Free up some space from your device in order for the game to download the needed system file. You need at least 3GB of free space. - Switch to WiFi if using mobile data connection - Force-close the app - Remove and re-install the app - Reset game database (CS side)
Missing Items / Avatar/ Balloons	Players are unable to view all their Avatars / Balloons / Background in the Shop	- Free-up some space from your device in order for the game to download the needed system file. You need at least 3GB of free space. - Switch to a stronger internet connection - Force-close the app - Remove and re-install the app
Mission Progress Not Counting	Player met Mission requirement, but did not count toward the Mission's progress	Known Issue: - Force-close then restart the app to refresh the game - If problem persists- Contact Support and provide the name of the Mission - CS needs to verify and update the Mission via the Admin Tool
