What is Z.I.P.?

Z.I.P. is Zynga’s proprietary group of VIP Players. We want to hear from YOU! Join to give us your opinion and provide feedback on your games. What do YOU want to play? Our Z.I.P.’s receive Amazon gift cards and prizes. You can get early access to our new games and exclusive looks at our prototypes and early game ideas.

How do I become a Z.I.P. member?

Simply enroll and complete the short member profile on the Home page.

Does it cost me anything to join?

No, nothing! This is not a paid subscription program. We created this program to reward our Zynga players. We pay you.

What are the benefits of being a Z.I.P. member?

As well as receiving Amazon gift cards, you will be invited to meet our teams, earn in-game rewards, and exclusive prizes. You’ll get the opportunity to participate in player research, play new games, and give your feedback.

Do I have to play Zynga games to become a Z.I.P. member?

No, all that we ask is that you are interested in games. Any games.

What device(s) can I play my games on?

You can play on anything: console, laptop, desktop, smart phone, tablet. As long as you play games, we want to hear from you.

How do I login?

Simply go to the Log In tab and Connect with Facebook – or enter your Login and Password.

How do I update my information?

To change your account and profile information, simply Log In and select Update Profile from the My Profile menu.

My Rewards

What are the rewards offered when I participate in game research?

When you participate in game research, Zynga will offer a reward for your time. Research opportunities include in-person testing at Zynga offices as well as testing in the comforts of your home. Rewards depends on the location, time, and complexity of the study. Help us with on-site usability research at a Zynga office: get an $80 Amazon gift card. Even a one-question online survey can earn you nearly a dollar in points towards your first gift card award. You will always know exactly what you’ll receive before you participate.

How do I redeem my points earned?

As your points accumulate, you will see them under the “My Rewards” section of your profile. When you reach the minimum point required for each Award, you will see it as “Available”. Simply click Redeem and you will immediately receive an email with the gift code to use.

Are there other prizes, awards being offered not shown on My Rewards?

Yes, we will also offer exclusive in-game items, Zynga swag, and other prizes for specific game activity. Look for email announcements of these activities or check your My Activities menu for a current listing of these game activities.

How do I leave the Z.I.P. program ?

We certainly appreciate you being a Z.I.P. member. However, if you wish to cancel your membership, you may login and click the “Unsubscribe” button under the My Account menu.

How do I change my email communication from Zynga?

You are able to change the email communications you receive from Zynga at the Account Preferences page here.
