NFL Showdown - My Team - Practice

Hi Coach, 

Practice makes perfect so your players need plenty of it! The more your team practice, the more skill points each player gets. 

Practice sessions include: 

Run (10 mins) 
Lift (30 mins) 
Scrimmage (60 mins) 

 

Before starting a practice session, set the Intensity meter to the right level for your players. 

Set the meter to Low, Medium or High intensity by tapping on the meter located next to your players. If you think your player needs some rest, tap the meter until Rest appears and start your practice session. 

 

To set an equal intensity level for your players, click Intensity (located next to the Auto-Assign button above the practice sessions) 

 

When the practice session is over, tap to collect your player skill points. 

 

Tap on Auto-Assign to automatically assign skill upgrades to your players. Auto Assign will assign skill points to your player as evenly as possible. 

 

Your players need a lot of practice, but make sure to keep an eye on their energy levels. 

 

Players recharge 5% of their energy every 180 minutes. You can speed this up by using energy boosts. 

Tap Recharge to restore energy faster. Energy boosts will be deducted from your overall energy.
