Your mobile device generates a unique ID called a ZID within each Zynga mobile game. For Dream Heights, the instructions are provided below on how to locate the ZID in order to assist you identify the issue on smartphone or tablet.

Step 1. Tap the "Gear Icon" located on the bottom in the middle of your Tower.
Step 2. Tap on "Gear tab" located on the upper right hand corner.
Step 3. Scroll all the way down and you will find the ZID in the middle
