We are seeing a large trend in players who are clicking on the Medals tab on the Leaderboard and get a total freeze of the Slingo application. The Flash player is crashing in many cases. Usually, this issue is accompanied by another problem, the lack of Medal progression rewards for hitting goals in Medals. Players should be getting all the rewards but these are not being received.
The development team is aware of these issues and working to get the problems fixed.
