Players are not getting the Rewards from Medal progressions

As players go through Slingo and earn medals in the course of the game, they should be getting new rewards for hitting certain goals of Medals. Unfortunately these rewards are not being received for some reason.  

 

This issue is being reviewed to get a fix in place for it.
