Medals earned from Pattern and Full Card can frequently be lost.

We are hearing from many players who, for whatever reason, don't get all of the Medals that they should get from completing a stage in Slingo.  

The most commonly missing medals are the Pattern and the Full Card medals.

We know about the issue and we're investigating a root cause for it.  We should have it fixed in a jiffy!
