HOW TO ENTER

Then tweet the picture to the Farmville 2 Twitter handle, @Farmville2, and use the hashtag #BooPets. Entries sent by email or Private Message will not be considered. Including Farmville 2 or Farmville2: Country Escape content in the photo will not increase your chances of winning.
· Once posted, entries cannot be modified or deleted.
· Pictures must be original works and may not be the subject of photo manipulation, such as through the use of image editing software like Adobe Photoshop. By submitting an entry, you affirm, represent and warrant that such transmission or submission is (a) not confidential; (b) not in violation of any laws, contractual restrictions or other third party rights, including but not limited to rights of publicity, and that you have permission from any third party whose likeness, personal information or intellectual property is included in your submission; (c) free of viruses, adware, spyware, worms or other malicious code.

DRAWING AND NOTIFICATION

The potential winners will be notified via a tweet to their handle from which they submitted their entry on November 3, 2014. PRIZE DETAILS
· First Prize: The first prize winner will receive digital goods in the form of a “baby Hampshire pig” and 50,000 Farmville 2 coins credited to his/her account in Farmville 2 and a suitcase of keys (equivalent to 285 keys) credited to his/her account in Farmville 2: Country Escape.
· Second Prize: The second prize winner will receive digital goods in the form of a “baby mallard duck” and 10,000 Farmville 2 coins credited to his/her account in Farmville 2 and a box of keys (equivalent to 140 keys) credited to his/her account in Farmville 2: Country Escape.
· Third Prize: The third prize winner will received digital goods in the form of 100 farm bucks credited to his/her Farmville 2 account and a stack of keys (equivalent to 75 keys) credited to his/her Farmville 2: Country Escape account.
To be eligible to win, entrants must have an account in good standing in either Farmville 2 or Farmville 2: Country Escape. To receive delivery of both the Farmville 2 and Farmville 2: Country Escape digital goods prizes, however, the winners must have accounts in both games and must have logged in to Farmville 2: Country Escape through Facebook (i.e., Facebook Connected) within thirty (30) days of being notified that he/she is a winner. If he/she does not have a game account in either game within that time period, the portion of the prize associated with that game will be forfeited. So you want to be a Gems Master?
Gems with Friends is easy to learn but hard to master. You can start by working on these skills:
1. Gem Movement
New gems are always created from the final piece added to create a match.
2. Higher Tiles = More Points
You earn points by placing gems on the board. The higher the value of the gem, the more points you'll get.
The same holds true for matching 3 gems. The higher the value, the more points the match is worth.
3. Chain Bonuses
The bigger the chain, the bigger the points. To learn more, please click here.
4. Multi-Match Bonuses
Match more of the same gem for extra points. To learn more, please click here.
5. Star Power
Combine gems quickly to gain stars. Bonus points are added to every play. The more stars you have, the bigger the bonus. Your star power will go back to 1 if you don't match fast enough.
6. Location, location, location
Try to keep the bigger picture in mind when placing gems. It's one thing to make a single match or combo, but it's another to strategically build toward higher and higher numbers.
One strategy is to place smaller numbers in one corner and work your way to bigger numbers in the opposite corner:
There are many other placement strategies you can use. The best one all depends on the beginning board layout and what you're most comfortable with.
7. All of the above... as fast as you can!
Ultimately, a combination of all these tactics is going to get you the best score possible. And the faster you can do it, the better you'll do. Practice makes perfect!

Gems with Friends - Game Functions
Hello Gem Masters!
Here are some basic game functions that you should know:
Chatting with an Opponent
Send a message or converse with your opponent through the Chat option. Simply tap 'Chat' at the top right of the game screen to type and send a message to your opponent.
Resign and Delete a game
For Gems with Friends, you can create up to 20 games simultaneously. It's designed to be played at a flexible pace.Some opponents are faster than others, so we like to give everyone a fair chance to play. However, if your opponent does not make a move in a reasonable amount of time, the game will be automatically resigned. For random games, it's 5 days without a move. For all other games, it's 11 days.
- To resign from a game:
Tap 'Resign' to end the game. However, you can only resign when it is your turn.
- To delete completed games:
For iOS: Delete completed games by swiping your finger to the right over the game and tapping the 'Delete' button.
For Android: Tap and hold until the 'Delete' button appears.
Tutorials and Additional Help
Tutorials walk you through the game when you first start playing. Once you have viewed the tutorial on time through, it is automatically turned off. You can also turn it off by tapping the 'X' at the top right of a tutorial pop up. If you want to go through the Tutorial again, tap 'Options' from the game's main screen, tap 'Help Pages', then tap the Gems Gameplay Tutorial button.
We also have an in-game Help Center. Tap 'Options' on the game's main screen, then tap the Help Pages button and you'll see different Help pages like the Gems Gameplay Tutorial, Gems Scoring Tips, and Gem App Support.

Gems with Friends - Adjusting Notifications
Hello Gem Masters!
This is how you can choose if you want to be notified or not when it is your turn.
Go to the home screen of your device and tap the settings button.
Tap “Notification Center”.
Find the application in the list of apps and select it.
From here, you can adjust things like sounds, badges and notification center participation.
This setting also allows you to enable push notifications for chats from opponents.
To do this, open the game, tap “Options,” then “Account,” then check the “Enable Chat Push Notifications” and finally tap “Save and Close.”

Gems With Friends challenges players to out strategize their opponent by combining gems to score the most points.
Where to place a gem?
Players can place a gem anywhere on the board. However, try to keep the bigger picture in mind when placing gems. It's one thing to make a single match or combo, but it's another to strategically build toward higher and higher numbers.
What are the values of each gem?
What is the use of Power Gems?
Players receive one free Power Gem before the start of each game, which they can use as a wild card to combine any two similar gems and unlock special effects. To learn more, please click here.
How to earn points
Each game consists of three rounds of game-play at two minutes a round, where players drag and drop gem-shaped pieces (as fast as they can!) to achieve the higher score.
Players can earn higher points by making chain bonuses or multi-matches.
