Not receiving verification emails from Zynga Poker?
Hi Poker Buddies!
If you are not receiving the email please follow the steps below:
- Check your Spam folder to see if you received the email. Often the email from Zynga gets routed into this folder.
- Next go to Zynga's Account page here
- Click the "Connect with Facebook" link
- Make sure "Zynga Poker" is selected from the list of games
- Select "Save"
Clear your cache! You might ask "How do I do that?". You can click here to get instructions on clearing cache for all browsers. Once complete, log back into Zynga Poker and have the verification email resent by clicking "Click here", highlighted in red below. The picture below outlines the button to click. Good luck!

Zynga Poker - Why is my Zynga Poker account suspended?
We are receiving a large number of contacts from players who are unable to access/play their Zynga Poker accounts. If upon opening your account, you see the either of these two messages (see screenshots below), there is a good chance that your account is temporarily suspended or permanently suspended by our security system.

So, why is your account banned or suspended?
Our system automatically bans or suspends an account when its owner has violated any of the provisions indicated in the Zynga Terms of Service.
The most common violations are:
o Chips Transferring/Team Play
o Posting of Offensive or Infringing content – including chat posts that are threatening, abusive, pornographic in nature, excessively violent. This also includes use of Zynga proprietary images or indecent photos as your profile picture.
o Conducting commercial activity within the game – including Chips Selling
o Cheating and hacking – including illegal use of unauthorized third party software, automation software, exploits, bots, hacks, mods, VPNs, Phishing IP Tools
In most cases TOS violations are irreversible. If you would like to have a member of the support team review your profile for reinstatement, feel free to email the customer support team. Please note that repeat contacts for reinstatement may automatically be closed once a case has been reviewed. Thanks for your understanding.

Scramble With Friends - Tournaments and New Features Launch for the Ultimate Competitive Twist on Words
Your favorite brain-bending word game just got a few power-ups of its own! Get ready to step up and spell ‘em out with the brand new features in Scramble With Friends. Starting today, the new Tournaments feature enables you to compete against opponents of a similar skill to win in-game prizes and Power-Ups when you join a three-round tournament – that is, if you can make it to the final round. It’s the fun, social, fast-paced game you know and love with a new competitive twist.
With the new Tournaments feature, players can satisfy the urge to keep playing while waiting for friends to make their next move. Players can join a Tournament by selecting an unlocked bracket table – once eight players fill the bracket, the tournament begins. Compete to advance through a quarter-final, semi-final, and final bracket rounds for the chance to win in-game prizes and Power-Ups, and as players’ skills evolve, they earn XP to level-up and unlock new brackets with different gameplay and larger prizes.
For players that want a more personal challenge, Scramble With Friends will soon introduce Practice Mode, one of the most requested features our players can’t wait to get their hands on. Practice Mode will give players the option to play in offline mode for the first time, giving them more ways to play whenever and wherever they want. With more than 400,000 board variations, that’s a lot of solo play coming your way!
