I have downloaded the newest Adobe flash player and Castleville still won't load when I try to play it. What pops up is a picture and a different language on it.

ReplyDeleteI have the newest flash player, but my beasties do not load nor does half my livestock. I don't know why, but I can see their shadows, however I cannot touch them, feed them, battle them or anything so progress has dwindled significantly. Any suggestions?

DeleteWas working fine with latest flash anf firefox 10.0.02. Then an update came in and the game stops loading at about 95%. Clear cookies etc and it still only loads to 95%. I know I'm on the latest version of flash. Very suspicious that is stopped working immediatly after the "we've improved castleville message".

ReplyDeleteI gave up already its been three weeks since I was able to load castleville I tried every single trouble shooting suggestion out there nothing works. The way I see it this is like a relationship if it stops working you have to let it go no matter how much time you have put into it.
ReplyDeleteI am having the same issue havent been able to play for over 2 weeks now I have gotten the same email over and over from support I dont know how to put it in an easy language they keep asking what items I am requesting after those emails and repling and telling them thats not the issue they stop answer the help emails for a couple of days the last one i received wanted a screen shot and for me to run all the trouble shooting which I have already done that several times now it has been over 5 days since i gave them the information they requested havent heard a thing from them since I guess its time to find a different game
DeleteChanged my router settings as it was blocking my games in the firewall area. This let me load the Castleville game faster and completely.
ReplyDeleteI have installed latest Flash player multiple times, tried playing Castleville with different browsers (e.g. the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, Opera, and Safari), cleaned out my cache many times, cleaned my registry, checked for viruses / malware / adware with multiple utility tools / fixed all issues -- and STILL
ReplyDeleteCastleville gets stuck loading the last 10% - 20% for what ends up being many minutes. And then if it does finally load, then all the game elements don't appear on screen initially but do slowly appear over time. Seeing how my experience is not unique and that many other players experience the same problem, I have come to the conclusion that Castleville is just MESSED UP -- as may be most Zynga games which demonstrate similar loading problems -- and have GIVEN UP on any Zynga game that won't load easily. And I suggest everyone else give up too because the programmers at Zynga cannot seem to get it right even after many months of users complaining about loading delays.
