Why is my Chicken Stock taste lab dish not counting?

So your the Chicken Stock take lab dish for Fred's Feast Goals aren't counting?  First try some basic troubleshooting steps:

1) Clear browser's cash
2) Restart your browser
3) Reopen your cafe
