We do recommend to stay up to date on issues like this via the official FrontierVille forum located here- http://forums.zynga.com/forumdisplay.php?f=307

I cannot place my lightning stove

We've notified our engineers and we hope to work with Ziggy to fix your Lightning Stove. We hope to have this resolved soon.

Thanks for your patience and understanding!

2 New Sheep Added to the Market

Hi Farmers!

Tonight we've added two new sheep to the Market:

  • Ram (Rainbow Dots) - 30 Farm Cash
  • Chameleon Ewe - 20 Farm Cash
Both of the these utilize the "roller" color-changing ability and by definition a type of color (not a pattern). To be clear, the "roller" is a color that gently changes from one color to another. With the Ram, you have the capability of creating offspring that have "roller" patterns; with the sheep you can breed this form of color-changing into other sheep. Those of you with "roller" sheep already on their farm will be able to breed with them normally.

Please do not confuse this type of color-changing ability with the "flasher", which is a color-changing ability that flashes in bright funky ways. Hopefully we can release this ability in the near future.

CityVille Frequently Asked Questions

1. If I don't click on coins/xp/hearts/etc, will they still be added?
Yes, everything that drops is added automatically, you don't have to click on it (please note that xp and energy are added as soon as they drop, not when you click on them or when they vanish from your screen); however clicking on those bonuses will start a "bonus" meter (under the xp bar) that will give you extra coins.

2. How do I gain xp?
Players can gain XP from actions completed in the game. Once an action is completed an XP doober will drop in the shape of a blue star. Collecting these doobers will increase the players XP. Note: Your XP bar will automatically fill, even without clicking on the doober.

3. How can I buy a new building or decoration?
Click on the "Build" button, navigate to the appropriate tab and purchase it, make sure you meet all the requirements to buy it (such as coins, level and neighbors).

4. Where can I place the new building or decoration?
Community buildings can be placed anywhere; however, Housing buildings and Businesses must be placed next to a road or a sidewalk. Decorations can be placed anywhere, but are most useful next to businesses and houses, since they will give bonuses to rent/income.

5. How can I start and finish the construction of a business or a house?
Once you place it in your city you will see how many clicks it will take to finish construction by hovering over the building; each click will take 1energy.

6. My new house/business is grayed out, with a red sign on top of the building, and I can't collect rent/income, what's wrong?
Make sure that the house/business is connected to a road or a sidewalk, if you think it is connected try moving it slightly to double check. If your building looks grayed out with a red sign then it is not correctly connected to a road.

7. How do I move, rotate or delete/remove an object?
Use the arrow tool above the build button then select the desired tool.

8. How often can I collect rent from a residence?
You can hover over each house in your city to find out how soon you can collect rent, or you can enter the build menu and hover over a residence to find out how often you can collect rent from that type of residence.

9. How can I build a Community Building?
You can start construction on it just like any other building, hovering over the unfinished building will tell you how many clicks you still need; however, in order to finish it you will need help from your friends (or you can purchase the required materials with city cash). You can click on the unfinished community building for a list of everything that is required to finish it. Instead of additional materials, some community buildings need additional staff to run them, you can either hire your friends for these positions or unlock them with city cash.

10. Can I buy more plots for my crops?
Yes you can, from the farming menu for the specified amount of coins.

11. How much energy does it cost to plant crops and to harvest crops?
It does not take energy to plant crops but it does take 1 energy to harvest a crop.

12. How many goods can one crop produce?
Crops can only be harvested one time, and then need to be replanted. The more expensive the crop is, the more goods you will receive when harvesting. You can find out how many goods a crop will produce by hovering over it in the farming menu. Currently "Peas" have the highest goods value.

13. How quickly do crops wither?
Except for Strawberries (which do not wither), crops wither at 2x growth time, which means that a 1 hour crop will wither 2 hours after it's ready for harvesting (or 3 hours after being planted).

14. What do the hearts do?
Hearts increase your reputation level. Each time your reputation level increases you gain bonus goods appropriate for that level.

15. How can I get more energy?
Your energy will refill according to the timer on your energy bar, every time the timer counts down to 0 you will receive 1 energy point up to your max energy. You can also receive more energy by visiting your neighbors, as a random bonus drop for various actions, and you can purchase more energy with city cash from the "Build" menu. In addition, energy can be gifted from the free gifts page. When you reach the next level your energy bar will be fully refilled and your maximum energy is increased by 1 (up to the current maximum energy limit). Please note that your energy bar will stop increasing once you pass level 30. The energy bar cap is 30 regardless of your level after level 30. Keep in mind that any unused energy does not carry over when you level. Every 5 minutes, you will receive one increment of energy until you have maximum energy.
NOTE: It does not take energy to plant crops but it does take 1 energy to harvest a crop.

16. How can I get more goods?
You can get more goods by harvesting crops, through shipping, through gifting, or by exchanging goods for coins by using the train system. You can also produce premium goods through building the Factory and hiring workers to complete jobs.

17. Shipping, what is it? And how does it work?
Shipping goods is one of the primary means of supplying your businesses. Before you can start you will need to build a pier (which can be found in "Build" under "Shipping" and must be placed near water) then click on the boat to send it on a mission to return with goods. Each has a limited number of boats it can hold and comes with one boat when built. Please note that if you have more than one boat, you will need to individually select what city you would like each boat to go to. To send a boat to pick up goods, click on the boat and select the city you desire goods from.

IMPORTANT: To send multiple ships to separate cities, be sure close the "pick a ship mission" menu between each shipment.

18. How does the train work? How do I buy/sell goods using the train?

Click this link to read more about this feature >>HERE

19. How can I set up a Franchise?
You should visit a friend with an available "Empty Lot" , click on the empty lot and select which business you would like to expand. Your friend must have previously placed an empty lot on their city by selecting it from the Build Menu under the Businesses tab for 0 coins. The more empty lots you have, the more franchises can be built in a city. You must first have a business in your city to expand that franchise into your neighbor's city.

The empty lots are neighbor gated. Every three neighbors gets you an empty plot to place. The first lot is free. The second is unlocked at 3 neighbors, the third at 6, the fourth at 9, and so on. The max cap of franchises allowed in your city is 20 which means that you will need to have a minimum of 57 neighbors to place 20 franchises on your neighbors cities. Once you reached the 20 limit, you cannot place anymore. If you have 20, or any number up to and lower than your neighbor gated lot limit, you can replace the lots that you delete. For example, if you had 20 lots and deleted one, you can replace that one to reach 20 again. To check on the status of your franchises, click the "My Stuff" button and select Franchises.

After placing your franchise on your neighbor's city, your neighbor will have to accept it before the business is built. Wait for your neighbor to accept the franchise in their city. You can remind them by clicking the "Remind" button in the Franchises Menu. You may only collect after your neighbor has accepted your franchise request. If your neighbor declines your request for a franchise, the business will not be built in their city.

To read our Guide to Franchises, click HERE

20. How can I expand my city?
After you have completed the required goals, you will be able to expand your city. In order to unlock an expansion you will need permits, which you can get from your friends or purchase with city cash, as well as the amount of coins required to purchase. Once you have an expansion available you can place it to expand your city. You can expand your city by sections. Place your 12 x 12 plot anywhere around the perimeter of your city to expand a section of your city.

21. What do I get from completing a collection?
Each collection has a different set of rewards. The rewards are shown on the collections page. They vary from coin, energy, XP, to goods. You can also receive items only obtainable from collections.

22. How do you obtain collection items?
Collection items have a chance to drop whenever you collect rent from homes or collect earnings from businesses. You can also get Collection Items by harvesting crops.

23. Is there a gift or collection item wish list? How do I use it?
Collections have a Wishlist, click on the tab in the lower right of your game (above the Build tab) and then click on "Collections" where you'll see your Wishlist at the top. You can also add items to your Wishlist from your inventory if you have the desired items already in your inventory.

24. How do I send tour busses to my friends' businesses?
When you visit a friend you can click one of their businesses to send a tour bus to that business. This will help you collect hearts and coins.

25. How many game levels are there?
Currently, 80 is the maximum level achievable.

26. What is the maximum amount of neighbors you can have?
Currently you may have 300 neighbors. These neighbors will help you reach certain goals or unlock certain in game features. You may only display up to 50 neighbors on your neighbor ladder. You may only collect from 50 neighbors per day.

Pig Breeding and Revised Truffle Hunting

Attention pig owners, pig breeding is now available! You can start making new piglets immediately if you have a Pig Pen on either your Home farm or your English Countryside farm. If you do not have a Pig Pen, do not worry—we will give you another one for free via a pop-up window.

Pig Breeding is Here Pop Up

If you have one already built, fantastic! You will get a free boar as a prize.
We have also streamlined the way truffle hunting works, and we have revised the rewards you get for redeeming truffles! Read on for all the details.

Making Piglets

Breeding new pigs is a lot like breeding new sheep. Click on your completed Pig Pen, and then click Look Inside to see the new Pig Pen interface.

Updated Pig Pen Interface

If your Pig Pen is empty, you will need to move some sheep (not to mention a boar) into it to start breeding. In the example above, we have three different kinds of pigs in the Pig Pen: a Purple Boar, a Pot Belly Pig and a Tamworth Pig.

Some changes have been made: Pig Slop is no longer a Pig Pen feature, and there are now a row of stalls at the upper left (also similar to the Sheep Pen, you get one stall for each constructed level of the Pig Pen).
You will need a boar and a pig (or sow) to start breeding, the result of which is a piglet, which once fully grown will take on some of the characteristics of the parents, such as colors and perhaps the patterns. More than likely there will be some variation in the colors, depending on the colors of the parents. The pattern can only be inherited from the boar, but if both parents have the same pattern, the chance of pattern inheritance is much higher.
Now I want to start breeding. Click on the boar you want to breed with—in this case, the Purple Boar. You’ll see options to Breed with it, or Remove it from the Pig Pen (or click on the X to close the pop-up).

Options to breed or remove pig

After clicking on Breed, the pigs/sows you can breed with the boar will remain in full color while the available boars will grey out. Click on the pig/sow you want to breed with and you’ll see some similar options.

Selecting Tamworth Pig to Breed

Select Breed again and you’ll see the Breeding window.

Breeding window

Breeding a new pig is a 24 hour process and carries (by default) a 50% success rate, meaning if you’re not successful you have to start all over again. You can improve your chance of success (while decreasing the amount of time it takes to breed) by using Love Potions. You can acquire Love Potions by:

·         Buying them via the Buy Potions button in the Pig Pen window (5 Love Potions at a time)
·         Asking your neighbors for Love Potions via the Ask for Potions button in the Sheep Pen window.
Here’s the impact of using Love Potions:
·         No Love Potions used: 50% success rate, breed time: 24 hours
·         1 Love Potion used: 60% success rate, breed time: 12 hours
·         2 Love Potions used: 70% success rate, breed time: 6 hours
·         3 Love Potions used: 80% success rate, breed time: 3 hours
·         4 Love Potions used: 90% success rate, breed time: 1 hour
·         5 Love Potions used: 100% success rate, breed time: instant

You can use the up and down arrows to choose how many Love Potions you want to spend. If you don’t have enough, you’ll be prompted to buy more. When you’re satisfied with your chances, click on Breed (or Cancel if you don’t want to try breeding at this time). You may have to wait a few seconds…

Wait time during pig breeding

The first stall is occupied and their places in the Sheep Pen pasture are replaced with helpful signs. If there’s a timer, a clock in the stall will show how much time is left to go. Once the boar and pig are done doing their thing (or you used instant breeding), the Ready! button will show up over the stall. Click on it.

Breeding Results

With any luck, you’ve bred a new piglet! You can choose to name your piglet (choose anything within the Terms of Service), choose to Give it Away (this will make a post to your feed) or you can keep it. At this moment, you still don’t know how the piglet will turn out—you’ll need to grow it up. Once you click on “Keep Piglet” you’ll get the option to place it on your farm.

Piglet

Click anywhere on your farm to place it. You can click on the piglet at any time to get a menu of options.

Piglet Menu Options

A piglet can be fully grown using 10 Baby Bottles. You can acquire or give Baby Bottles by:

·         Asking your neighbors directly by clicking on “Ask for Bottles”
·         Purchasing Bottles in the Market for 1 Farm Cash each
·         Acquire all the needed Bottles by spending Farm Cash (click on the “Complete Now” button to purchase the remaining Bottles). The Cost is X Farm Cash, where X is the number of Bottles needed to grow the Lamb.
·         Gifting the bottles via the Free Gifts page.
Also note you can change the name of the piglet at any time by choosing Change Name (even after the piglet is fully grown). Selecting Feed Bottles will give as many bottles as you have in your inventory (up to the maximum needed of 10) to your piglet. Once you’ve applied 10 Bottles the piglet will now grow up into a full boar or pig:

Full grown pig/boar

You’ll also get a pop-up asking you to celebrate by sharing some baby bottles with your neighbors via a feed post.

Feed to share bottles

Currently boars only come in two different patterns: plain (which is really not a pattern at all, or if you want to get really technical it’s a pattern of the exact same color as the boar) and spotted. As noted above, the colors available for pig breeding is a somewhat random process, based on the colors and patterns of the parents used. Each color a parent possesses has a certain color range to it that can be applied to the lamb in question, so you never really know what you’re getting exactly.

Breeding Limits

Finally, note that there is a limit as to how many bred boars and pigs you can have on each farm at any one time. The limit is 100, which includes all bred pigs on that particular farm, in that farm’s Pig Pen, and in the Gift Box. This is per farm, so you can have up to 100 for each the Home Farm and the English Countryside farm.
And that’s pig breeding!

Truffle hunting and other Pig Pen changes

As we noted above, Pig Slop has been removed from the Pig Pen (and in fact from the game altogether). If you still have some in your Gift Box or elsewhere, go ahead and get rid of it.
Truffle hunting has been streamlined tremendously. When you click to harvest your Pig Pen, you’ll start your only truffle hunt of the day. The pig chosen to hunt with is completely random, as is the neighbor’s farm you can find the truffle on.

Truffle Feed

If you find a truffle (there is a chance you won’t), you’ll see this pop up with the note to share the truffle with that neighbor. Clicking Share will ask you to make a post to their wall, informing them that you found a truffle on their farm. They can then respond by returning the same type of truffle to you by posting on your wall.

Again, this will be the only truffle hunt of the day; once your Pig Pen is ready to be harvested again (once ever y24 hours), you can try for another truffle hunt.
The prizes for redeeming a truffle (you can find them in your Gift Box) have been heavily revised. You can get building parts, bottles, love potions, and all sorts of other treats (including other animals) by redeeming truffles now.
Finally, Pig Pens now visually show which pigs you have in it, similar to Sheep Pens. The pigs you put in last show up in each of the 3 stalls as well as the mud yard in front of the pen.

A Note Regarding Sheep and Pig Breeding

Howdy farmers!
We wanted to give an update to everyone regarding certain kinds of disallowed sheep that have been available in FarmVille as well as a similar issue that appeared with pigs this past weekend. Certain types of sheep and pig colors/patterns not yet released have been improperly distributed in FarmVille; we are currently going through the process of making sure this practice stops. The steps that we have taken are:

·         The methods by which players were able to breed unreleased sheep and pig colors and patterns have been closed.
·          Players who bred sheep and pigs using illicit methods have had their animals revert to their original base colors and no patterns.
·         Pigs and sheep acquired from feed posts (but at some point were generated using illicit methods) will get to retain their unusual colors and patterns. However, attempts to breed with these pigs or sheep will result in default colors and no additional pattern inheritance. Should we release these additional colors or patterns legitimately then players will be able to breed that animal in the appropriate, correct manner. This is not an implication that you or your neighbors have done something wrong. This is a breeding restriction of colors and patterns that as of yet have not intended to be released.

So what’s currently allowed to breed and what’s not?

·         Most current colors are allowed but the “flashing” colors are definitely not.
·         Currently Allowed Patterns:
o   Sheep
§  Plain
§  Spotted
§  Striped
o   Pigs
§  Plain
§  Spotted

Again, the intention is to stop the distribution of colors and patterns that are not currently intended but not to punish our players who have acquired these animals legitimately. When we do release these colors or patterns, you’ll be able to breed with them just as intended.

Happy farming!

Tips to submitting an effective help ticket

We understand that sometimes players will run into problems while playing FrontierVille.

Please note the following tips while creating a help ticket.
  1. Clearly state what the problem you are having is by along with identifying what you were doing in game (what mission name, what task you were on or a clear description of activity) when the problem arose
  2. Let us know which browser (example- Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Safari & Mozilla Firefox) you are using and others you have tried. Be sure to try the game in another browser for testing purposes!
  3. Clearly Identify your sought resolution (what you were expecting/what you are missing and how we can fix the problem for you)
  4. Provide any related information to the problem like steps you have already tried (For example, loading issues see this KB article)
  5. Be sure your UID has been included properly (To find your UID please visit the KB article here)
  6. Never create another ticket on the same issue, doing so may only delay your original response.

An example of a helpful and clear description of the issue is the following:

"I'm having trouble completing the first part of the waterwell quest. After clearing 10 grass my game refreshed and the grass I cleared didn't count anymore. I've tried to clear my cache and update my adobe. I'm playing on Google Chrome and have tested on Mozilla FireFox Can you help me?"

An example of an unhelpful description of the issue is the following:

"My game is broken, I can't finish my quests, please help me"

The more specific information you can provide us along with what we can do that would resolve your immediate issue will help us correct the problem and get you back up and running.

Please note, while we in customer service are not the development team, we do report information collected from tickets (like yours) to them. We appreciate suggestions toward "fix this" or "please fix the game", but please note we will not be doing so per your request. We suggest to provide us the information that is affecting your gameplay, and yours alone, letting us know that a problem has happened to a friend or neighbor does not help matters.

Please keep in mind customer service wants to do all they can for our players. If issues come up in the game, we deeply apologize for the inconvenience they may cause and hope you can attempt to work around the problem until it's fixed. We have a wonderful development team always working on updates and fixes for the game. Sometimes they may not immediately address the problem you are having, rest assured all issues are documented and reported to the appropriate department in efforts of having them addressed.

One suggestion we would like make is to visit the official forum located here (http://forums.zynga.com/forumdisplay.php?f=307) stay up to date on the news, tech issues (and all other things FrontierVille). Many players find that staying up to date on the forum keeps them in the loop of known issues, upcoming features and helpful game tips and suggestions!

FarmVille English Countryside FAQs

FarmVille English Countryside is here and we’re sure you have a lot of burning questions about how it impacts you, how to get there, and what you need to know. Here are some answers!
Q: How do I start getting the quests to go to English Countryside?
A: If you qualify (must be Level 20) you’ll get a pop-up with the text, “Look! Up in the Sky!” An animation of a crashing Airship will happen, and you’ll start the quests on getting the Airship fixed and will soon you’ll be able to go to England. The quest icons show on the left-hand side of the FarmVille game window.
Q: I’m not seeing the Airship crash animation.
A: It may take awhile to load on your system, or there may be cases where it can get “stuck” before playing. If you refresh the game and wait a little bit, the animation should play.
Q: Do I have to go to England?
A: No! You don’t have to complete any of the quests and you can continue on your own farm at any time you want. We want you to go to England to experience all the new features, items, and quests but you don’t have to.
Q: Is storage universal between farms? Can I transfer items between farms?
A: Storage is not universal between farms. Each farm has its own individual unique storage space. Once an item is placed on one farm, it cannot be moved to the other farm.
Q: What about the Gift Box?
A: Many items stored in the Gift Box can be added to either farm. This includes many decorations, buildings and animals. Unique quest items, collections, and certain consumables may only be used on one of the farms, depending on the item. This also means purchases made from the Model Farm, which go straight into the Gift Box, can then be added to whichever farm you wish. Once you place that item, however, it cannot be moved to the other farm.
Q: When I visit one farm my crops and trees don’t grow in my other farm.
A: Inactive farms—the farm that you are currently not on—are Paused while you work on your active farm. Crops won’t wither, but they won’t go either. Timers on animals, buildings, trees and other objects will also not advance until you go back to that farm.
Q: The “Cotton To It” quest requires me to plant and harvest 50 Cotton crops before finishing. This is unfair!
A: The quest requires you to just plant the Cotton, not to harvest it.
Q: Why do I need to add 35 neighbors before I can go to England with the Bon Voyage Party?
A: You don’t need to add any neighbors to qualify for the Bon Voyage Party, you just need to invite 35 (and they need to accept the invitation) in order to go instantly. You only need to have 4 neighbors to come to your party in order to start the 4-day countdown timer, and 15 neighbors are needed to be eligible to go in 2 days. Alternatively you can pay Farm Cash to skip this set altogether.
Q: Will the England quests expire?
A: No they won’t.
Q: Where can I get a ram to start sheep breeding?
You can get a ram by starting the Sheep Pen quests on your English Farm; finishing the “Et Tu, Brutus?” quest will get you Brutus the Ram, which you can breed with. Other rams can be acquired by purchase in the Market or through your neighbor’s feeds if they are sharing newly bred rams.
Q: Do I need to buy Farm Cash sheep in order to breed?
A: You can breed with most types of sheep; they don’t need to have been purchased in the Market.
Q: Why are the lamb colors produced by sheep breeding totally random?
A: The colors (and potential patterns) aren’t totally random, but they are based on a range of colors based on each of the parents.
Q: Where can I learn more about Sheep breeding?
A: Check out our Sheep Pen guide at http://forums.zynga.com/showthread.php?t=964444 for all the details!
Q: How come I can’t sheep breed on my Home Farm yet?
A: We’ll be adding this ability at some point in the future.
Q: People are sending me Postcards for the “Make It Your Own” Quest but they’re not registering as progress.
A: The Postcards are stored in your Gift Box—you need to look in your Gift Box, then choose “Use” to apply them towards your quest goal.
Q: I can’t see my neighbor’s Home Farm when I visit. Why not?
A: When you visit a neighbor’s farm, you can only see the farm they are currently active on—the Home Farm or the English Farm. You can see which they are on in the neighbor bar—a flag will denote if they are on the English Farm or not.
Q: I finished all the quests. Now what?
A: Stay tuned! There’s a lot more coming to English Countryside in the near future!

Why is my food disappearing In Cafè World?

We know you can’t wait to redecorate your new Cafè!

Just make sure there is nothing on top of tables, counters and/or stoves when moving them around. If you move a table, counter or stove while there is food on top of it, the dishes might just fall on the ground and disappear! Our developers are currently looking into it.

For food that ends up missing, we've found that often times a simple refreshing of your browser or even using a different one may make your food re-appear!

If you choose to submit a support ticket please put "Missing Food" at the start of your support ticket and then briefly describes the problem you are experiencing.

Please also make sure to include your Facebook UID number so we can investigate the issue further.

All Games: Loading/Connection Troubleshooting

We monitor our game performance very closely and make every effort to let you know in advance when your connectivity may be hampered due to issues on our end. Remember that any time you experience a loading issue, a good rule of thumb is to try refreshing the page once or twice. If refreshing does not result in your game loading properly, try the following troubleshooting measures:
  • Update your browser.
There are several documented issues surrounding Internet Explorer 8 (IE 8) or Internet Explorer 9 (IE 9) and Flash content. If you are using IE 8 or IE 9, we suggest that you try a new browser such as Safari 4, Mozilla Firefox, or Google Chrome.
We also recommend that you always make sure that you are using the latest version of your browser. These are the last versions of the different browsers that support Zynga games:

    *
    Google Chrome 8.0
    *
    Mozilla 5.0
    *
    Safari 4

Having your browser updated can help improve your gameplay experience. To check which browser version you are using, go to the Help menu of your browser window and select About. To upgrade to the latest version, click any of the links above.

  • Clear your cache. Click here for instructions.
  • Verify that JavaScript is enabled. Click here for instructions.
  • Close your other internet applications, especially any file-sharing applications or concurrent streaming video.
  • Use a plug-in network connection rather than wireless.
  • Disable pop-up blocking or ad blocking software. These software types actively monitors JavaScript and have been found to have a negative performance impact on our games, which rely heavily upon JavaScript.

TIP: Rather than fully disabling the software, you can create an exception for the social networking platform on which you play our games. Please refer to your software's documentation or help information for instructions.

Here are some more specific suggestions:
  • Click here to download the latest Flash player if you do not currently have it.
    Reboot your system.

  • Adjust your Flash settings to give Flash permission to store information on your computer. Instructions on how to accomplish this can be found here.
  • Uninstall and re-install Java. Click here for instructions.

NOTE: FOR FARMVILLE PLAYERS ONLY:
- If you are still experiencing problems loading the game or have issues with slow performance, try playing directly at: www.FarmVille.com.
- If you see any error messages stating that the application is “unavailable or restricted,” then unblock FarmVille on Facebook as this is most often the solution. Click here for instructions.
If you are still experiencing issues, please email us with the following information so we can investigate further:
  1. Which operating system are you using (Windows XP, Vista, MAC OS X)?
  2. Which browser and version are you using?
  3. Are you using Firewall/pop-up blocking/anti-virus software? If so, who manufactures it?
  4. How do you connect to the internet? (Cable, DSL)
  5. Is your network connection wired or wireless?
  6. Can you load other Facebook games?
  7. Please describe in detail what you saw on your screen as you attempted to load our game.
