Just make sure there is nothing on top of tables, counters and/or stoves when moving them around. If you move a table, counter or stove while there is food on top of it, the dishes might just fall on the ground and disappear! Our developers are currently looking into it.

For food that ends up missing, we've found that often times a simple refreshing of your browser or even using a different one may make your food re-appear!
If you choose to submit a support ticket please put "Missing Food" at the start of your support ticket and then briefly describes the problem you are experiencing.
