yeah words with friend s is ridiculous never wanting to load i dont have that problem with ea scrabble everytime you play 1 game in wwf ypou havee to delete cookies delete apps and then it still wont load

ReplyDeleteI have the same problem with loading. Have been playing the game quite happily, no problems until this morning when the loading icon just keeps turning and nothing happens. This is so frustrating! Judging by the comments on various posts there are many of us in the same position.Please get this sorted out.
ReplyDeletecontinues problems since been playing word and it is not my computer only have problem on word it keeps on shutting down after it has already taken me about 15 minutes just to get into it and then it starts getting very slow and need to reboot, very very frustrating
ReplyDeletethis is the same problem i had with MW.started to loading game and then crash down.i contacted support, and they have no solution for this. their explanation was:mafia wars and fb servers are not talking mutually on my account.then i found out that those problems i had only when i play through any browser that has chrome base.changed gaming on comet (mozilla) and i am playing without problems since then.
Deletethis is just my experience and i really do not know if that help you, but maybe is worth trying to change browser.
I am having an issue with submitting a word every time I do it goes into foreclose and I have to go out and come back in again every word I submit. Anyone else having this issue?? Please help..It bothers me there is no number to call for help......
ReplyDeleteunfortunately you are right, there is no call option for help, but try to contact them through e-mail.catch screenshot if you can and send to cs. maybe they have some idea for your problem.
Deletein the mean time, have you try to change browser? that was solution for problem i've had.

ReplyDeleteScreen. The only way to fix it seems to be deleting the app and reloading. Hope it can be fixed. Really miss using Chat.
I'm having problems loading Words with Friends for the past few days. I can't play on my laptop. All other websites load normally. Problem is always in the evening (UK time). Please let us know when this will be fixed. I've followed the instructions given on 'How to troubleshoot Words with Friends loading issues'.
ReplyDeleteMy computer is old and needs replacement soon. I don't need to destroy my PC to restore Words with friends. I uninstalled the ap for Facebook and you have not given me directions to reinstall. I can do without these games complicating my PC

ReplyDeleteword. The ad plays with no problem, but the game won't re-start after. I have to exit the game then come back in. I've done the uninstall/reinstall and the force stop thing (very limited support options for such a popular game!)Frustrating enough to look for other games to entertain my self with.
With as many posting of issues that are unresolved, I guess Zynga has better things to do. Looks like the advertisers are paying their bills and keeping them happy.
ReplyDeleteEvery weekend the same thing happens...the game won't load. I have no problems during the week. I have contacted you in the past, yet I'm still have the same problem. I use Firefox, and it is current. I've tried deleting the game and reloading, and it does not help. Why does this only happen on weekends??? Is that when you give the little gerbils providing the energy get their time off? I would suggest hiring a few more gerbils to work the weekends. That's when most of us have the time to play...IF you let us.
ReplyDeleteHaving the same problems but on my windows phone. It just reads loading and nothing happens. I have also look to uninstall, but noticed that you have to purchase it now for $2.99. There are no more Free apps!!! Maybe this is why we are having so many problems. If anyone finds away to fix please let me know. Thanks
ReplyDeleteI have not been able to load words with friends for over a week, I really miss playing. I thought I had a problem with my computer, but all other games load without any problem. Scrabble will not load either, both games come up but will not load, the wheel keeps on turning.
ReplyDeleteI can play in Safari on my MacBook Pro, I can play in Chrome on my PC, but in Firefox on the PC, I have to reload the page between every play, or it doesn't work.
ReplyDeleteOccasionally, I'll have this same problem across all platforms. Words with Friends can kill any browser! But Firefox is the most consistently buggy. I knew I couldn't be the only one.
Bought the app for windows 8 phone. Loading. Loading. Loading. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!
ReplyDeleteNot able to load words with friends and scrabble for over two weeks. Both games come up but will not load. Loading wheel keeps spinning. No problem with my computer. All corrective steps have been taken. Non-Zynga games load without any problem. Also unable to send Zynga support a message or get the fix prompt to respond. Love Zynga games but continual problems like this make playing the games frustrating.
