We have released the Safe quest for all of our chefs.
The next order of business is to address the issue caused by Hank. We will update this article when the fix is live.

A small number of our chefs are reporting issues with placing Hank into their cafe. Our engineers have been notifed and we should have a fix for this shortly. Meanwhile, might we suggest that you keep Hank in your inventory to prevent you from losing connection. There is no need to submit a ticket and we will update this article when the fix is live.

Hank, the handyman quest has been released to all of our chefs. If you were working on the quest while we were releasing this feature, you may have noticed that Hank disappeared. He is most likely in your inventory.
The Safe quest will be released soon. We will update this article when it is avalible to all of our chefs. There is no need to submit a ticket about it.

Why does my friend have the Safe quest and I do not?
We are slowly releasing the feature to all of our chefs. Please be patient, as we are making sure it is working properly. We update this post once it’s released to everyone.
Can I have more than one Safe?
No, you can only have one Safe. You can either build or buy the Safe.
Will there be a timer on the Safe quest?
No, there will not be a timer on the Safe quest so you can play the game at your own pace.
How many goals will there be?
It’s a 27-step quest that is divided into three parts. You can continue to do the quests after the 27th to continue to earn rewards!
How many times can I unlock the Safe?
You can unlock the safe as many times as you want. The often you unlock the Safe, the greater the rewards. Keep in mind that once you claim your prize from the Safe, it closes and locks!
I noticed that the Share button is not there after I finished my goal.
Yes, this has been left out intentionally. If you would like it returned in future feature releases, send us feedback by clicking here.

The builder in this quest is called Hank, the handyman. Note that the Safe and Hank will not be released at the same time.

What does Hank do?
Once you have completed building (or purchased) Hank and charged him, Hank will provide you a quest part once every 24 hours for the quest that is listed third on your quest list (in other words, third quest icon on your list of active quests). You must click on a complete and charged Hank to receive your part.
How long does a charged Hank last?
He will last for 7 days.
