Question: How many tickets does it take to start a round?
Answer: It only takes 4 tickets to start a round in any room.
Question: How are the number of Bingo's per room determined?
Answer: The number of Bingos are determined by the total number of Bingo Cards being played at the beginning of the round.
Question: What are Power-Ups and what do they do?
Answer: You can buy Power-Ups to accelerate your game. Each Power-Up is different: some Power-Ups supply you with mystery crates and Keys while others will give you a free daub! Free daubs mean more XP and a better chance to achieve a Bingo!
Every daub gives you the the ability to activate the power-up presented. Note the circle around the Power-Up fills as you daub squares. Once this Power-Up meter is full, click Ready. Repeat this process for each Power-Up.
Question: What is a Free Daub? How does it work?
Answer: Free Daubs are used to help accelerate your way to a Bingo! When clicking Activate, up to 5 Free daubs will appear on each card your playing. This feature can be used 1 time every 24 hours and requires your friends to send you a Free daub!
Question: What do each of the Power-ups do?
Answer: Each power up has a different quality.
Question: How do I know how many Bingo's are left?
Answer: A small banner above the Bingo balls indicates how many Bingos still remain. The amount of Bingos are based on the number of cards being played in the room.
Question: How can I see all of the Bingo Balls called?
Answer: While in the room click the graph with a plus icon. This opens the number history, which expands to show all the numbers that have been called as well as the numbers that are being called.
Question: Do I get XP from using Free Daubs or Power-Ups?
Answer: Yes, these are free daubs and free XP. So win or lose you will get the XP for every square that is daubed.
Question: How do I get Coins, Keys and Mystery Crates?
Answer: Coin's, Key's and Mystery Crates can be gained through playing a round of Zynga Bingo but you will need to daub the squares that contain 1 of the items or get a Bingo to claim them.
Question: How much XP do I earn per daub and how do I know the total amount of XP I’ve earned per game?
Answer: As each room as opened up you will notice that it will cost more to play, this also means more XP and more benefits!! The amount you can earn is only limited by the amount of tickets in your inventory.
You can see the total amount of XP you've earnedat the end of a round. A display, like the one you see below will show you exactly how much you've earned in each category.
Question: How can I get more tickets?
Answer: You can get tickets by having friends in your Bingo Club, collecting gifted tickets from your friend, finding tickets in mystery crates, purchasing tickets in the store or waiting for your timer to replenish your tickets!
Question: What do I get for completing a collection?
Answer: There are different awards per each collection. Some give you tickets for getting the full collection where other collections will give you coins. Complete the collection to find out!
Question: How do achievements work?
Answer: As your playing the game you will acquire different achievements by completing different actions in the game. As you progress through the Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum Trophies the tasks will become more complex.
Question: What do I need to do to get each achievement?
Answer: Below is a list of all the achievements and the tasks to achieve them.
