A. Farmville Mobile is an application available in the iTunes store for most iOS devices. You have the ability to harvest from crops, trees, and animals, use bushels for Crop Mastery, access your buildings, etc. However, please keep in mind that not all capabilities on FarmVille web are available. You can still see a visual representation of your farm on FarmVille Mobile, which is not available on FarmVille Express.
Q. What devices are compatible with FarmVille Mobile?
A. FarmVille Mobile is only available on Apple mobile devices (iPhone, iPod touch and iPad) with iOS 3.0 and above. Please make sure you have the correct iOS version and latest game update. To check for your iOS version:
1. Tap Settings from the Apple Launchpad.
2. Tap General and then tap About.
3. Scroll down to "Version" to see your iOS version.
Q. How do I get the FarmVille Mobile app?
A. Go into your iTunes store and download the app “FarmVille by Zynga."
Q. How do I log in and out of FarmVille Mobile?
A. Logging in: Upon initial loading of FarmVille, there is an option at the bottom of the launch page to log into Facebook. In the pop-up screen, enter your login information and you are transported to your Farm.
Logging off: To change the Facebook account that you are on, tap the Farm Management button on the lower right-hand side. Tap Options and scroll down to the option to log out of the current Facebook account. The FarmVille launch page appears and you can then log into a Facebook account and get back to your farm.
Q. How do I manage my push notifications?
A. To edit your settings regarding push notifications:
1. Tap Farm Management in the lower right of the screen.
2. Tap Options.
3. Select which of the push notifications you’d like to turn on or off: Harvest, Neighbor, or Gift.
Q. How do gifts work on Mobile?
A. Below is a quick summary about Web exclusive gifts on your mobile device:
1. Gift Box — Only gifts that are usable on your mobile phone will be displayed.
2. You will not receive a Push Notification from FV Mobile about gifts that you can only use on the Web. As such, the badge indicator will also not tally any gifts that you can only use on the Web.
3. To access gifts that you can only use on the Web, you will need to play FarmVille Web. On your computer, you can still accept them and send them, and they will appear in your Gift Box.
Q. Why are some features not showing up on FarmVille Mobile but appear on the FarmVille web version?
A. Some of the seasonal and limited edition items are exclusive to FarmVille Web and you will only be able to view them on FarmVille Web. Sometimes, you will see this incompatibility by a "Loading" circle in place of a game feature.
Q. How do I travel between farms?
A. To travel between your different farms:
1. Tap Farm Management (lower right corner).
2. Tap Travel to to go to your other farms.
