  A: You will receive the quest for it when you reach level 30+.

  A: The maximum population for the regular Winter Castle is 3,050. The maximum population for the Premium Winter Castle is 4,350.
  
• Q: Does the Winter Castle require parts or staff?
  A: The Winter Castle requires parts. If you collect all of the parts before the timer runs out you will receive the Premium Winter Castle. If the timer runs out you will be collecting parts for the regular Winter Castle.
• Q: Is the Winter Castle available for purchase?
  A: Yes, the premium Winter Castle will be available for purchase in the Build Menu.
• Q: What will happen if I delete the Winter Castle from my city?
  A: You will be able to sell it for 0 Coins.

Step by Step Guide: Winter Castle

1. Once you have reached level 30 you will see the following quest icon and receive the quest to build your Winter Castle.
   
   
   
   
   
   
2. Clicking on the "Place" button will allow you to place then start building your Winter Castle (it will take 12 clicks to build it). 
    
   
   
3. Clicking on your unfinished Winter Castle will bring up the list of materials you will need to finish it. You can get these by sending requests to your friends and posting requests to your feed, as well as by purchasing them with City Cash. 
   
   Note: Finish before the time is up to receive the Premium Winter Castle. If you are unable to finish in time you will be able to click "Try Again" to build the regular Winter Castle.
   
4. Once you have gathered all the parts, just click on "Finish Building" and you will have your very own Winter Castle!
