Tips for Contacting Hidden Chronicles Customer Service


If you are experiencing an issue on your estate, we serve you best when you provide as much detail as possible about your issue or question.

It's always helpful if you can provide the following in the body of your email:

* A short but clear description of the issue you are experiencing.
* What are the exact steps that lead to the error?
* How often does this issue occur?
* What type of Internet browser and what version of that browser are you using?
* What Flash version are you using? (To find your Flash Player version, just load the app,  right click somewhere on your estate, a pop-up will appear and collect the series of numbers next to "About Adobe Flash Player")
* Did the game generate any error messages?
* If so, include a screenshot of the error message.
* What type of Internet connection do you have? (DSL, cable, etc)
* User ID or Email address used to log into Facebook.
* Your email address where we can contact you
* Your consent to be willing to help us, for instance we may have to run some test on your account to determine what the root cause of your issue is.

I've been having a problem with loading the game. It happens every time I attempt to load the app.

I load the game and I get a blank screen

  1. There is a major problem collecting bonuses from posts left by friends. It doesn't matter if you are trying to collect the bonus 5 seconds, 5 minutes or 5 hours after it is posted. More times than not we receive a message stating, "This reward was incrediby popular,so I'm afraid it's no longer available". Some rewards we are able to collect and some we can't. why does this happen? What can be done to fix the problem. It doesn't make a difference on which browser is used.

  2. The game will not load at all for me. Locks up my computer too. The mansion screen comes up then goes dim & freezes. Eventually that lady shows up with "that's embarrassing". OH FORGET IT!

  4. I have 1 friend that I can't collect anything from...I keep getting this message:
    Hmm...this reward does not appear to be valid.

    It also says that they sent me something in notifications and there is never anything there.

    1. Hidden Chronicles does not seem to work correctly if you have Secure Browsing enabled in your Facebook settings, try disabling it.

I am writing from myself as well as my neighbors who play hidden chronicles with me, we have been experiencing freezing and alot of hesitation and are also told to shut down and reboot when necessary, please advice me if this is your problem and when you expect to have this fixed, we find it extremely frustrating, expecially when we are in a fast find situation.....

  9. advice is to submit a issue.obviously zynga has not complete info about issues that are related to hidden chronicles.this post is from january, 11 and you still has problems.that is not normal.contact support,catch screenshot if possible. and ask them to check account.

  12. I have not been able to collect or send from the Inbox in Hidden Chronicles. Everytime I go into it I click each request to accept/send. Then when going back in later on I still have the same # of requests,notifications and confirmations to do plus more. This has been going on all day. I can play all other aspects of the game but not being able to do the Inbox is not helping others nor is it finishing my quests. Pleas look into this issue.

    1. only cs can explain what happened on your account in this game.contact them, make screenshot. link for cs is placed on the right side on this page, above google followers option. don't forget to pick hidden chronicles on the left side on the page that opens when you click on the link for cs.

    2. My grandson played without permission on my computer. He played Hidden Chronicles and being that he is only 6 years old, he cannot read, so whenever the purchasing pup up came up he just press on it and bought over 300$ worth. When I saw this I panicked and sent a cancellation request to Facebook but unfortunately they could not do anything. My question is could this amount be transfered to my daughter's account, she plays all the time Hidden Chronicles or if not possible can it be transfered on another game that I play regularly which is Zinga Slingo.   16. I have two issues, first i need to delete a neighbor and second, it tells me i still have more packages on my estate, when I know that I do NOT. How do I fix these problems? And how do I contact Hidden Chronicles by email??

    1. on the right side of there is clickable option zynga customer support link.click on that, pick Hidden Chronicles on the left side, fill what is needed, and report your problem.wish you luck and wonderful day.

  18. I love Hidden Chronicles but trying to get it to load is nearly impossible. Sometimes it starts to load but when the mansion screen comes up it goes dim & freezes. Sometimes it locks up my computer too. It's SO frustrating! I've used both Mozilla and Chrome but there seems to be no difference. It has slowed my computer down for other things too. Is zynga really a virus?

  19. My computer shuts down after about 10 minutes of playing Hidden Chronicles....every single time I try to play. It does not matter if it is through FB or Zynga. I have looked this problem up and cannot find anything about it or anyone else experiencing this problem. Gardens of time started doing this a while back so i deleted the game. Any ideas? Thanks!

      i've had similar problem with MW,explanation from cs was that fb and zynga servers are not talking on my account.

  22. Hello Hidden Chronicles Customer Service, I have been having trouble finishing Tuscan Windery. It happens every time I attempt to collect cedar wood.

    What are the steps to reproduce the problem?
    I can not request wood parts and when I get a gift from the game it shows it added, however,the next time if look at it is back to 2. I have collected enough to complete the quest but it never gets beyond 2

  23. I spend more time trying to load this game than I do playing it. Constant refreshing or shockwave crash. Two days now of a white screen and no loading at all.

    1. things changed a bit since this post was posted. CS changed their options to contact them, also.So, contact CS, and one more thing: you are using chrome, or chrome based browser? try to change on mozilla or ff based browser, but contact CS with screenshots in any case.this is in game problem(s) and they should know about them.wish you luck.
