As many of you have seen, we've started includin' some video ads that appear when you send out a request to your feed. These ads should only be appearing a limited number of times per day, and shouldn't impact your gameplay too greatly. We also need to note that Player Support cannot remove, reduce, or otherwise change whether or not you receive these video ads, so please do not contact Player Support with those types of requests.
Player Support has been receiving a number of contacts providing feedback on this new feature, and we wanted to make sure that everyone is using the appropriate channel for feedback.
Below you'll find a link to the Feedback form for the video ads. Please provide your feedback on this feature only through this form, and not through contacting Player Support.
All feedback will be forwarded on to the Developers as appropriate, so they can see what the players have to say.
