A. Hasbro and Zynga have partnered up to bring you your favorite board games combined with favorite Zynga games which have begun on October 1, 2012. Each Hasbro game will include pins to receive virtual currency with FarmVille and CityVille or the Ultimate Play Pack (retail price $14.99) free by purchasing Words with Friends inside game boards from Hasbro.

- Canada - Walmart, Toys "R" Us, Loblaws, Indigo, Shoppers Drug Mart or Everest

Note: Not all stores may carry these board games. Hasbro/Zynga board games may be available at local stores, specialist shops and online retailers not mentioned on this article.
Q. How will the pins look when I open the box?
A. Upon purchase of the Hasbro/Zynga game board, you will find a small card in the box with directions redeem in your FarmVille and CityVille game on your Facebook account or a link which you can redeem the PIN only for Words With Friend Board Games provided below.

Q. How can I redeem my Hasbro PIN?
A. FarmVille and CityVille PIN redemptions go through the "Redeem Tab" on the top within your game.
Steps on how to redeem your PIN for FarmVille or CityVille:
- Locate the Redeem Tab in your Game on Facebook and click the "Get your digital value" button
- Enter the PIN code located on the card that came with the Hasbro item and the click the "Continue" button
- There should be an option which shows the game currency that will be received on the online Zynga game when you click the "Redeem" button
- You should see the message "Congratulations!" which confirm that you've completed the redemption flow to receive the game currency. Once you've clicked the "Play Game" button, the currency amount should reflect the new total.

Steps on how to redeem your PIN for Words With Friends games:
Steps on how to redeem your PIN for Words With Friends games:
- The "Your Product" field must be filled in with the name of the board game they bought. CLASSIC or LUXE Game.
- You will need to enter their Games With Friends username. If you're unsure on what your username is, click on the "How do I find my username?" link in red, click on the drop down menu and choose directions through your Phone, Tablet or Facebook account.
- After
choosing the Game Product and entering their username, you will need to
include the Redemption Code which can be found in the game box. All
codes starting with "Z" should be selecting the "Classic Game“
All codes starting with "W" should be selecting the "Luxe Game" If you select the wrong one, IT WILL NOT WORK - Once completed the new version within your game will have a “Face to Face” feature which can be used with the game board. Two new features are introduced:
- Word Check- Confirm Valid Words
- Score Pad- Keep score with ease
Q. What if I'm still having trouble redeeming my PIN?
A. Feel free to contact Zynga's Billing Support Hotline at 1-800-762-2530 for any Hasbro PIN related issues 24/7. International fee may apply if you're calling outside of the US. International customer outside of the US may access support at http://beta.support.zynga.com/.
