Several players have reported recently that they've won the Jackpot when using their Prize Machine.
Keep in mind when opening the Prize Machine, it may appear that you've won, as the Prize Machine will, at first, look to be in the midst of a spin and then land on the Jackpot square to start off. What you may see is something similar to the image below:
It also might start off as having said you won a "Special Delivery", by starting off on that prize, as well.
Keep in mind that in order to win the jackpot, you must have chosen the "Max Play" option prior to spinning the prize machine. If you have not chosen the "Max Play" option, you will not win the jackpot.
Jackpots are only awarded a maximum of once a day, within Cafe World.
However, if you still believe you won and did not receive your Cafe Cash reward, we have a way you can check!
Open the Prize Machine and click the Past Winners button located at the bottom left-hand corner. The Past Jackpot Winners list details all of the Prize Machine winners for the month, the name of their cafe, and the amount won.
