Ninja Kingdom: Game Reset and Closed Beta Message for Players? Read Here!

1. Game Reset

2. Previous Players who can't get in the game now seeing the "Closed Beta Message" upon loading the game.

Heya Ninjas!

Clans have come to Dojo Mojo and are an important part of the Attack and Defense Strategy! Your Clan's actions and completed goals level up the Hall, increasing strength of support Troops! Here's everything you need to know! 

Getting Started

To get started with clans, you must first restore your Clan Hall.  Notice in the below pictures if your Clan Hall still needs to be restored, it will have a torn flag near the building.  To restore your Clan hall, make sure you have enough Gold and click Restore.  

Once your clan hall is restored, the flag will be removed from your Clan Hall initially and you will see a new menu that will allow you to gain additional information, join an existing Clan, search for a Clan, or create your own Clan! 

Joining a Clan 

If you opt to join an existing Clan, a list of available Clans will be displayed for you to select from.  If you are looking for a specific Clan to join, enter the name of the clan in the Search tab.

Creating a Clan

Creating a clan is another option you have.  Creating a clan will let you customize the Clan Name, Clan Flag Color, Clan Emblem, Minimum amount of Mojo required for joining, and membership visibility.  You can also set a description for the clan.  

When you beome a member of a Clan you joined or created, you will see a new menu indicating more information, Clan, and Goals.  You will also see your Clan Hall take on the Clan flag! 

Clan leaders will have some options for their Clan! They can Edit or Advertise their Clan, causing the Clan to appear near the top of players' search results.  Clan leaders can also delete Clans.  

Clan Members will have the option to leave a clan at any point in time. 

Currently, additional Clan Member benefits include chatting with your Clan members, sending help to Clan members in attack or defense and Clan Goals! Additional benefits may be added in the future so feel free to check back on the fan page for more updates!

Clan goals allow you extra items for your village based on your clan contributions. You can earn defenses, troops, and even exclusive items.  Be sure to check out the current and completed goals tabs for more information.

Dojo Mojo: Battle Strategy

Use the following tips to maximize your attack strategy! 

- Your Oni can be controlled in battle! Click on the Oni's picture then select a target building on the map!

- Repair and upgrade your Ships to increase the maximum size of your army!

- Take out enemy air defenses before deploying your flying troops!

- The Princess, the Oni, Mortars and traps can hit multiple troops! Spread out your forces!

- Distract enemy defenses with tougher troops like Samurai before deploying weaker troops.

- Send out a few Grunts at the start of a battle to trigger traps before deploying the rest of your army!

- Don't like your PvP match-up? Press the "New Opponent" button to get a different match up!

- Upgrading your Dojo unlocks new troop types and increases the troop training queue.

- Build a Training Ground and upgrade the mastery level of your troops, gadgets and ammo.

Dojo Mojo: How do I control troops during battle?

The Oni beast (summoned from the Altar) is the only troop that can be manually controlled during an attack. To control your Oni, select the desired target (cross hairs will highlight the target) and the deployed Oni will focus his attack on the selected target. 

All other troops are based on artificial intelligence and cannot be controlled after deployment. Each troop focuses it's attack differently according to it's attack type and preferred target. Review individual troop statistics at the Dojo 'troop training' screen by selecting the info button above the troop icons. 

Troop Attack Reference: (Preferred target / Attack type) 
Grunts - Nearest target, melee attack
Assassins - Nearest target, range attack
Ninjas - Nearest defense target, melee attack
Thieves - Nearest resource target, melee attack
Samurais - Nearest defense target, melee attack

Dojo Mojo: What happens to troops that survive attacks?

After an attack, all troops deployed on an enemy battlefield become lost in the wrath of Dojo Mojo.

Effectively deploying troops to win attacks is a core strategy in Dojo Mojo. Troops are a disposable resource and they should be deployed wisely. Plan out your mode of attack for every battle using the small amount of time before a battle officially begins. 

Deploying all troops in the same location can result in a land-slide victory. On the contrary, it can also lead to your demise, resulting in high resource losses in the long run. Best advice...plan ahead and be resourceful!

Dojo Mojo: What is Mojo? How does it work?

After a player versus player battle, you will gain or lose 'Mojo' points depending on the outcome of the battle. You can also lose or gain Mojo points when your village is attacked or you're offline and not shielded. 

The amount of Mojo points you gain or lose during an attack is based on how much damage you've inflicted on your enemy or how much damage your village has taken during an attack. 

Every battle will have a full amount of Mojo that can gained or lost. In order to gain the full amount of Mojo, you must defeat your opponent by destroying 100% of their village. In rare cases will this be accomplished every time you battle. The same applies for your opponent, they must destroy 100% of your village to in order to gain the full Mojo amount. 

Mojo is granted in conjunction with the number of stars gained during battle: 

1 Star = destroying the enemy palace = 33% of total Mojo
1 Star = inflicting 50% village damage = 33% of total Mojo
1 Star = inflicting 100% village damage = 33% of total Mojo

Dojo Mojo: What happens when a connection is lost? Can you return Mojo to me?

The Dojo Mojo team keeps a close watch on connection issues and continuously releases updates to minimize instances of connection errors.

If you lost connection during game play, you were either attacked or your battle was lost and ended abruptly. Since Dojo Mojo is based on a system where Mojo is gained and lost between users, we cannot reward any grants of Mojo. This is done in an effort to keep a stability within the game and ensure one user does not gain any unfair advantages through manual crediting. 

To prevent and reduce connection losses, we recommend attacking opponents while your internet connection is stable and connected to a strong internet connection.

Dojo Mojo: How does opponent matchmaking work?

Matchmaking for enemy opponents is based on relative comparison. This means the game will always look for an opponent with a relative amount of game experience compared to your profile. Once the game is able to find an opponent within your range, you will be successfully matched for battle. 

In special circumstances where an opponent cannot be found, you may be matched from a pool of fabricated opponents. These are enemy profiles created by our game design team. The level of difficulty of these opponents will vary from easy to difficult.

The comparison is based on (but not limited to) the following: 
- Palace Level 
- Cumulative Mojo

What are the 5 Palace treasures? How do they work?

Opponents are constantly try to get their hands on Palace treasures. This is accomplished by destroying the Palace during an attack. Anytime the Palace is destroyed during an attack, all sacred treasures are lost. 

Once lost, the 5 sacred treasures must be earned through new battle victories. Each victory will yield 1 of the 5 sacred treasures. The maximum number of sacred treasures is 5. Be sure to safeguard these treasures, if you're palace is destroyed during an invasion you'll be back to collecting. 

The 5 Sacred Treasures: 

• Golden Carp: Allows Goldsmiths and Sushi Chefs to produce faster resources
• Emperor's Helm: Provides a health increase to all defensive towers and walls
• Shogun's Sword: Decreases the troop training time
• Ancient Hourglass: Decreases the regular build/upgrade time
• Guardian's Urn: Provides a discount on shop pricing

Dojo Mojo: How do I change my ninja/village name?

Sorry! At this time it's not possible to change your village or ninja name. While your village name may seem important, it does not interfere with your battles or overall game play.
