Problems with the warehouse

We've been made aware of some trouble with the warehouse in CityVille.

These problems include:

• Game refreshing when trying to upgrade
• Unable to upgrade the warehouse (FIXED!)
• Storage limit incorrectly displays 115/117 items.  (FIXED!)
• Missing Upgrade button (FIXED!)
