Reopened: I cannot send requests to my neighbors

Greeting chef,

Some of our fellow chefs are still experiencing request issues with the game.

If you are still having difficulties with requests or feeds, may we suggest that you use a different browser, such as Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome.

If your neighbors are saying that they've sent you a request, but you don't see it in your Zynga Message Center, we  suggest that you check your Facebook Game Request page to see if you have more requests waiting for you.

 

We really appreciate your feedback and we are working hard to quickly resolve issues our players report. If you are still experiencing this issue while using Firefox or Chrome, you can help by taking the time to Please Fix on the button below, this helps our engineers prioritize and quickly improve the game play of Cafe World. There is no need to submit an email for this issue.

Scramble on Facebook closing 09/30/2011

Dear Scramble Players,

You have our apologies for the technical difficulties Scramble experienced in the last few days. We appreciate the outpouring of support for Scramble. Unfortunately, we are no longer able to support Scramble on Facebook and must shut the game down on September 30th, 2011.  The mobile version of Scramble will remain available on iOS devices (iPhone, iPod, and iPad) with Facebook Connect so you can still challenge your friends! We have also recently launched a new word game called Words With Friends that we hope you will try and enjoy.   A full list of Zynga's games is available at www.zynga.com/games.

How to switch user profiles using the Zynga Game Bar

To switch which user's profile is synched (logged in) to the Zynga Game Bar, do the following:

1. Start by clearing your cookies and cache. If you are not sure how to clear your cookies and cache, click HERE for instructions.

2. After you have cleared your cookies and cache, open the Game Bar menu by clicking next to the dog icon (the left hand side of the toolbar) on the Game Bar. Select Refresh Toolbar.

3. You will now be prompted to log into Facebook. Your Game Bar will sync with whichever Facebook profile you use to log in.
