How to update your mobile apps automatically

Hi,

It is always a good idea to keep your apps on your mobile device up-to-date to receive the latest game updates as well as important fixes.

Bear in mind that if you are running an older app version you may experience some technical issues, including connectivity issues.
The easiest way to ensure that you are running the latest app version is to turn on "Automatic updates".
To turn on Automatic Updates for your mobile devices follow the steps below:

iOS 7 and above:
  • 1. Go to the home screen of your device and tap the "Settings" button

  • 2. Select "iTunes & App Store"

  • 3. Go to the "Automatic Downloads" section

  • 4. Switch the "Updates" button to the right (green) position.

  • 5. Also switch off the option "Use Cellular Data" below if you prefer updates to occur over Wi-Fi only.

Android:
  • 1. Open the Google Play Store app.

  • 2. Tap on the Play Store icon on the top of your screen

  • 3. Go to "Settings"

  • 4. Select "Auto-update apps" in the "General" section

  • 5. Select "Auto-update over Wi-Fi only" if you prefer not to use Cellular data.

Kind Regards,
