Why am I unable to find my buddies and Friends?

Hey Poker Players,

Players have expressed concern regarding how to successfully join their buddies and friends at poker tables. The following points provide some helpful tips to make sure you’re able to join your friends and buddies.

Make sure your buddy or friend is online
Recently added buddies do not immediately show up. Generally it takes a few days for a buddy to surface
Buddies cannot join tables with large vacancy. Make sure you’re inviting or joining a table that’s at least 50% full

This issue is not currently being investigated. The last Major Loading issue was resolved on September 30th 2013.

We recommend you click on "Please Fix" if you are experiencing this issue.

How does this button works? By clicking on "Please Fix", this tracks the number of customers that have been affected by the particular issue.
Daily and weekly reports are sent to the Game studio with the number of the players that clicked on the button, specific to the issue listed above.

[LOADING] - Coins, Bonus Game or Free Spins wins gone after game is refreshing

Hello,

If you see this message, your game immediate progress and winnings may be lost as your game session lost synchronization* with our servers.

Unfortunately, since you lost the connection with our game server, our customer service team will not be able to verify the loss and therefore will not be able to adjusts your game stats.

NOTE: Hit It Rich is not experiencing loading issues currently, so if you are experiencing frequent loading issues, this may have to do with your Internet connection bandwidth or how many active internet applications are running at the same time.

We recommend this article to check if you can optimize your Gameplay experience and prevent losing Coins or Free Spins due to locale loading issues.

*What do you mean synchronization issue?

We understand that players will sometimes be presented with an error message, in which they need to reload the game.

There are a few things to know about how to prevent this error and what happens when this error occurs.

The most important thing to keep in mind is that our game requires a constant Internet connection. Every time you hit the Spin button, the game needs to communicate with the servers. If you have an inconsistent connection or your Internet goes out, you will be forced to refresh. If your game can't communicate with the servers, or the servers can't communicate with your game, you are unable to play.
You should never be charged for a spin that doesn't occur. While the communications between our game and our servers happen in a matter of milliseconds, it's enough time to tell your game to spin the reels and tell the game what the result will be.
If you see a spin start, the system already knows the result of that spin. At this point, you will NOT lose any wins that may come. If you are forced to refresh at that point, any wins you would have won will be added to your total after you refresh. This has been verified multiple times in our system.
Bonuses work in a very similar way.

Other Updates

XP levels expanded from 400 to 1000. Players who were stuck at 400 should jump to their appropriate new level.
Level Up screens in the High Limit Room were adjusted so that you don't get stuck seeing 4, 5 or more in a row after one spin. You will still get ALL the coin rewards and ALL the VIP points from each Level Up, but you will not see each individual screen.
NEW - "$777" icon indicates that the Room has a progressive bonus game in it.
We resolved a loading issue that was affecting players with a Facebook account set to another language than English.
The look of the Gift Center has changed.
The function of the Gift Center has improved. You can now help specific friends and invite new ones.
