Did not receive my Trading Post - Issue Fixed

Update 6/19/11 1pm PT -  We are happy to announce that the issue with the Trading Post is now resolved. For users that currently do not have a Trading Post, please refresh your game. You should receive your Trading Post at that time. If you do not receive one automatically, please note that it will be available in the Market.

Losing Farm Cash Upon Level Up (6/18/11) - FIX UPDATE

Hello farmers! We have been getting reports from customers claiming to have lost farm cash after leveling up. The FarmVille studio is aware of the harvesting issues and is working on a fix as quickly as possible. We thank you for your patience.

Hello farmers! It looks like a fix was pushed out that resolved this issue. If you contacted us about this issue previous to this update, your issue should be resolved by now. Also, for better troubleshooting, you may want to clear your cache to make sure you have updated files including the fix. Thank you for your patience and continue farming.

All Games: How to remove payment information from Facebook

If you have stored payment information on Facebook to simplify transactions, persons with access to your account can purchase items on Facebook, such as Zynga game cash (Farm Cash, Reward Points, etc), using Facebook Credits.

The actual purchase of Facebook Credits redeemed for Zynga game cash is processed by Facebook and not by Zynga, thus Zynga Customer Support does not have the ability to remove any information stored on your Facebook profile.

To remove the payment information stored on your Facebook profile, do the following:

1. In Facebook, click Account at the top right corner of the screen and select Credits Balance from the drop-down list. 
   
2. By Payment Methods, click manage.
   
3. Enter your Facebook password at the prompt and click Continue.
   
4. Click Remove next to the payment method you would like removed from your profile.
   

These steps will remove your payment information; however, Facebook will automatically store this information again upon your next successful purchase.

Cannot complete Poker Table

We've had a few problems obtaining permits for the Poker table on the Saloon and as a result, many of our players are unable to complete the quest.
