Gift requests appear in your ZMC (to locate your ZMC in-game, look for the red Z icon in the upper right hand corner of your game)
Gift requests also appear on your Facebook Requests page.
IMPORTANT! We have set a cap on certain items in your inventory (i.e. Energy, Zoning Permits, Building Grants etc). For more information on the new Inventory limit click HERE
You can accept gifts from either the ZMC or the Facebook Gift Request page located on the right hand side of your Facebook home page.
A gift expires 2 weeks after it was sent so be sure to accept your gift regularly! Accepting a gift request places the item in your Inventory. You can also send a gift back to your friends through the ZMC.
Please note that you cannot accept gift from both locations. You can either accept from the ZMC or from your Facebook Gift Request page. For instance, if you first accept gifts from the ZMC then accept gifts from the Facebook Gift Request page, you will only receive gifts from the first location you went to, which in this instance is the ZMC.
**If you are still having issue receiving gifts in your inventory after accepting them then please fill out this questionnaire before contacting Zynga Customer Support.
