Current Issue! System Issues prevent loading Cafe World

Hello Chef, - UPDATED!

Because of the issues earlier today, we are receiving a larger than normal volume of contacts from our players. We are doing our best to address every one of them as quickly as possible. If you have already submitted a ticket to customer support, please give us some time to get back to you. 

We are aware that some quests - including the new Buck Bradshaw Independence quests - were affected by the system issues and we are still working on them. Head to your game to see any changes made in the meantime. 

We were able to bring the game back to you but are still working on it. Some of you are reporting lost progress in quests, this relates to this same occurrence. Again we ask for your understanding while we continue to solve the system issues.

In the meantime, we would like to inform that, because of these system issues, Summer Festival 2 will expire at 8 p.m. PST.
The timer will be updated as soon as possible.

We are currently experiencing some system issues that prevent you from loading Cafe World. 
Our sincerest apologies for this. 

At the moment, our team is doing everything in our power to bring Cafe back to you as quickly as possible. Please bear with us while we work on this matter. 

Note that any changes will be first visible in game and that Customer Support is already aware of this inconvenience. As such, there is no need to submit a ticket on this inconvenient.
