Below is a list of current issues, recent fixes, and suggestions in consideration for The Ville. The game studio is actively investigating problems and working towards finding resolutions for user facing problems.We recommend all users check this list periodically. If an issue is on this list, it translates as a problem we're looking into.
Issues under investigation:
-Energy points disappearing from the inventory section
-Blank/invisible/empty avatars
-Not being able to interact with Angelica for quest progress
-Reoccurring/constant Out of Sync error messages
-Slow load times
-Missing gifts and gift requests
-Neighbors not being displayed in friend ladder
-Correcting functionality of the mirror so 'Pick Up Lines' can be practiced
-Difficulty filling expansions positions after friends have accepted crew requests.
Recently fixed issues:
-Activating animation on the Empires and Allies arcade
-Painting a wall with the walls down will not result in half painted walls
-Rooms cannot be moved on top of other rooms often causing layout problems
-Marketplace items now unlock will new levels are achieved, not after a refresh
-Objects stacked on top of other objects will be properly displayed
Items under consideration:
-Making avatars customizable similar to when originally decorated
-Changing the spoken language of characters to Non-Romanian
Got Urban chaise from inventory & placed it. It won't recognize its there or something. It keeps saying place urban chaise from inventory. bout fed up with zygna games. I've quit so many already. Thought maybe things were all fixed & ok. 1 more day with this problem i'll not play another zygna game. so many already quit which takes my neighbors away. please fix or add another to inventory.
ReplyDeleteNone of my TVs work, yet the Marriott quest came out...needing to watch TV, and another one came out needing to watch TV 4 times. The mulcher doesn't work. My hybrid greenhouse disappeared, and now I cant make the tulips. I loved this game, but i AM so done, because I can't accomplish anything when nothing works.

If I propose a toast...it freezes.
It is just continual problems.
