Some players contacted us about not being able to interact with the Ice Rocks in Giovanni's expansion.
If you are receiving the message that you don't meet the requirements to craft the Ice Picks of Charm needed to break the rocks, please be advised that although the error message simply states that you need a Workshop to do that, in fact you do need to have completed the Amouria quests to be able to craft the Ice Picks of Charm in the Workshop.
Luckily the rocks are not needed for the actual quests.
Our Developers are investigating this issue and hope to have it fixed as soon as possible.
You don't need to contact Customer Support for this problem but we recommend that you click on "Vote to Fix" to notify the Studios of the number of players affected.
How does vote to click work? By clicking on "Vote to Fix", this tracks the number of customers that have been affected by the particular issue. Daily and weekly reports are sent to the Game studio with the number of the players that clicked on the button, specific to the issue listed above.
