Players are reporting that once they place a Magic Torch (such as the Magic Torch of Romance for the Rule of Magic quest), they find that they are unable to move it. This is actually by design, and noted in the run-up to actually placing the Magic Torch.
As noted, the Magic Torch cannot be moved once they have been placed, so please be mindful of where you are placing them. Support will not be able to assist you with misplaced torches.
