The first thing that you’ll notice is that you are being prompted to update your brand new Zynga.com account. This account will give you access to Zynga’s gaming network across both web and mobile, and help you control who you interact with and how. Gone are the days of wondering if that person you just sent that game request off to is going to help you out, or if your Facebook friends will give you grief about wall posts.
Now the only people you’ll see on Zynga.com are the people already playing your favorite games!
But first you’ll need to update your Zynga.com account! Click on [Update your Account] to proceed.
The first step is deciding whether you want to start fresh, or to continue playing where you left off. By clicking [Connect with Facebook] one last time, this allows Zynga.com to recognize where you left off, and make sure you continue from there, with all your in-game friends included.
Click on [Connect with Facebook] to pick up where you left off!
Once we’ve figured out who you are and what you’ve been playing, the next step is setting up your profile for Zynga’s new Gaming Network.
Your email address and password are what you’ll be using to log into Zynga.com from now on, so be sure you note it down!
Once you’ve completed your profile, you’re all set! Just click [Submit and Play] and you can get back to the games you love!
The only other thing you’ll need to do is verify your email address. You’ll need to do this before you’ll be able to purchase on Zynga.com. And a verification email is set out as soon as you’ve finished updating your account. Just click on the link to Verify, and you’ll be all set!
