If you are playing Zynga Games on a mobile device, you are assigned a unique ID, known as a ZID, within each Zynga Mobile game.
When you contact Zynga Customer Support, providing your ZID will help us to locate your account in order to research and resolve your issue.
Note: In NFL Showdown the equivalent of your ZID is called PID (Player ID).
To locate your PID, please follow the steps below:
1. Tap on "More" in the lower right corner of the Game screen.
2. Tap on "Settings".
3. Take note of your 11-digit PID number and you are done!
