FarmVille 2: Country Escape - Why am I unable to sign in or connect my Facebook account in the game after the update?

We have received reports that some players are unable to sign-in or connect to their Facebook account after updating to the latest game version. Our team is aware of this and are already working on a fix to resolve the issue as soon as possible. 

While we wait for the fix, the following steps may already help you. Please do them in order.
  1. Force close your game.
  2. Go to your Facebook app on your device and log out of your Facebook account.
  3. Start your game again and connect to Facebook.
  4. This will force the connection to Facebook to be redone.
Please do not uninstall and reinstall FarmVille 2: Country Escape from your device. To do so without a connection to a social network can result in loss of progress.
