A: Once crafted (and collected), the Prep table is used automatically in the Kitchen when you craft the Castleberry Punch. You can craft one in the Workshop. 

Q: How often can I collect from the Castleberry Keg? 
A: Every 24 hours

Hi Lo FAQ

Hi there card shark!

You may have noticed the addition of Hi Lo to Zynga Poker after your recent purchase of chips or gold. If you have questions about this mini-game, you've arrived at the right place!

What is Hi Lo?

Hi Lo is a bonus game that appears after purchasing chips or gold. The Hi Lo game provides you with the chance to win additional chips. In Hi Lo, you are shown two cards; one card is shown face up and the other card is shown face down. You must decide if the face down card is higher or lower than the card shown face up. Click the up arrow on the screen if you think the card is higher or the down arrow if you think the card is lower. 
 

How do I win?
To win, you must guess the face down cards correctly and reach one of the 4 collection points. The collection points are as follow:

*after the 4^th correct guess
*after the 8^th correct guess
*after the 12^th correct guess
*after the 16^th correct guess (jackpot)
 

When you reach a collection point, you will be offered two options:

*Walk Away with Chips
*Let it Ride

 

If you choose Walk Away with Chips, you will be credited with the chips that you have won and the Hi Lo game ends.

If you choose to Let it Ride, you will continue playing Hi Lo. This provides you with the opportunity to win more chips, but comes at the risk of losing what you have won.

*Note* - after the 16^th correct guess, you can only Walk Away with Chips since you have hit the jackpot!

How are ties treated?
Ties are neither higher nor lower. Thus, a tie is an incorrect guess and the game ends. Example: you are shown a 7 of Spades and the face down card is a 7 of Diamonds.

How many times can I play Hi Lo?
Hi Lo can be played once, directly after you close the purchase confirmation window after completing your purchase. Hi Lo will appear once after every purchase.

Does the suit of the card matter?
The value of the card is based only on the number or rank. The suit of a card does not matter.

Why are the Glow Sticks for my New Year's Bash Daily Bonus not counting? (FIXED)

We have heard from some chefs that they are not able to collect Glow Sticks from their friends for the New Year's Bash Daily Bonus.  This issue has been resolved and you should now be able to collect your Glow Sticks.

New Years Bash Issues

Hi Chef,

This article is for keeping you up to date on issues for the New Year's Bash event.  Chefs have been telling us about some different issues with the event:

1) Not having accessing to the New Year's Bash including the catering order and the quest: 
We know that some chefs were having this problem soon after the New Years Event was released. We have since fixed this issue, so please be sure to refresh your cafe. 

2) Completed New Year's Breakfast in the Park catering order, but the progress did not show in the New Year's Bash main page: 
We are aware that some chefs are seeing this problem. Please first try refreshing your cafe. If that doesn't work, know we are hard at work on fixing this issue and will have it fixed as soon as possible.

3) 2012 Disco Ball icon disappearing: 
We are aware that for some chefs after completing the quest or catering order that the 2012 Disco Ball icon on the far right of the screen disappears and that they no longer have access to the New Year's Bash event. We are also working on this issue and will have it resolved as soon as possible.

4) The Glow Sticks for the New Year's Bash Daily Bonus are not counting.
We are also aware of this issue and are working hard to fix it.

Step by Step Guide

1. Once you have reached level 30 you will see the following quest icon, clicking on it will start the quest.

3. Click on the Russian Mansion to find out what's required to complete it.
   
   
   
   
4. Clicking on the "Ask for Parts" button will show you which parts are needed to fulfill that requirement. You can get these materials by sending requests to your friends and posting requests to your feed, as well as by purchasing them with City Cash.
   

   

5. Once you have completed all the required tasks, click on "Finish Building" to complete your Russian Mansion.

Why are my friends not getting my requests?

Hi Chef,

We are sorry to hear that you are having trouble sending requests to your friends.  We know that there have been some issues with the new request system.  Some chefs have been getting an error or a blank screen when trying to send requests.  For some chefs their friends never receive their requests.  We are sorry that this is slowing down your progress.

First, we suggest not using Internet Explorer as this browser seems to be part of the issue.  Please switch over to using Chrome, Firefox, or Safari for playing your game.  Switiching browsers has helped some chefs with this issue.

If that doesn't help, then we are sorry that this issue is still affecting your cafe.  Our team is looking closely at this issue and are working hard to fix it as soon as possible.

  A: You have to expand up to that square before you can place an expansion on it.
  
• Q: I expanded to where I saw the Ski Slope, but I did not receive it, where is it?
  A: The Ski Slope is the gold reward for this quest; you will receive it if you complete the quest for the gold within the given time frame.
  
• Q: What are the reward for Silver and Bronze?
  A: This quest does not a second or third place reward; it can only be completed for the Gold within the given amount of time. The quest will be automatically removed when the timer runs out.
