How to get your Promotional Rewards for playing Slingo

 We are very happy to see that so many players are getting to know our newest Zynga game, Slingo! Hopefully, you are enjoying the addictive mixture of Bingo and Slots that make this a very entertaining game.

To expose as many players to Slingo as possible, other Zynga games are offering an incentive reward if you start playing Slingo.

If you participated in this promotion, and got 30 medals in Slingo, then you should automatically get the rewards when you log back into your game. You should check your inventory to verify that you received the rewards.

However, if you do not receive them, then you should contact the Zynga Customer Support team for the game in which the rewards will be given. For example, if you didn't seem to get the rewards for FarmVille, you should contact the FarmVille Support team.

Simply find the game on the left side of the Support portal and contact the support team for the game from there.

Slingo customer support does not have the necessary tools to credit your account with the rewards for the other games.

No, if you played Slingo and earned 30 medals, you should receive the rewards automtically. If you log back into your game, you should get a pop-up that says, "Congratulations". You should check your inventory to verify that you received the rewards.

On what date will I get the rewards for playing Slingo?

On whichever date you complete 30 Medals, you will automatically get the rewards when you log back into your home game.

What if I already have 30 medals, prior to this promotion. Am I automatically eligible to get the rewards?

Unfortunately, you are not automatically eligible to get the rewards. However, each player's individual circumstances are different and can be evaluated if you wish.

Do I have to follow the pop-up from my 'home' game to be entered into the promotion? In other words, If I discover Slingo by myself during the promotional period, and get 30 medals, will I be eligible?

You are not automatically opted in. You must click on the button on the message  from your home game to enter the promotion.

I didn't click on the message that would have brought me to play Slingo.  How can I get to see that message again?

The pop-up messages that take you into the Slingo promotion will repeat themselves every 48 hours. If you missed it the first time, just wait for the message to come back up.

To get the reward, does 30 medals mean 6 Complete Stages, or more than 6 Stages, some incomplete?

You just need to earn at least 30 Medals in total.  Completed stages or full boards are not requiremenst to get the rewards.

I played Slingo on another platform, and I have at least 30 Medals.  Can I get my rewards?
