Also of note is that the next quest will not open till you have upgraded your Jailhouse. When that happens you should see the next quest in the string pop up on the left hand side of your screen.

We also brought back the Iron Forges to help you with upgrading your Jailhouse for Thumb Screws.

Ankle Cuffs: When upgrading your Jailhouse the second time you only need to craft the Ankle Cuffs, not the Ball n' Chain. Crafting the Ball n' Chain will use up your Ankle Cuffs making it so that you have to craft them again to upgrade.
