  A: No, to start using Spectrum Tower it just needs to be placed in your city. Upgrading it, however will have build material requirements.

  A: You can upgrade it one level at a time; each level will have 3 different buildable material requirements.
  
• Q: Will a Seascraper get taller with each level?
  A: Yes, the visual appearance will change and it will get taller upon each upgrade.
  
• Q: What will happen if I delete this Seascraper from my city?
  A: You will move your Seascraper to your inventory.
  
  
  
  
• Q: If I delete an upgraded Skyscraper will I have to upgrade it again when I place it back?
  A: No you will not; it will be in the same state in which it was removed. It will also not require energy to rebuild.

Step by Step Guide to Building and Upgrading

1. Once you have reached level 35 you will receive this quest and the ability to place the Seascraper.
   
   
   
   
   
2. As soon as you have placed your Seascraper you will notice the familiar upgrade arrow: click on it to start the upgrade.
   
   
   
   
3. You will need a few parts to upgrade your Seascraper to level 2. You can get these by sending requests to your friends and posting requests to your feed, as well as by purchasing them with City Cash.
   
   
   
   
   
   
   

Step by Step Guide to using your Mystery Bonus

1. Once you have upgraded your Seascraper to Level 6 you will be given the opportunity to use a Mystery Bonus, which will multiply your payouts. To activate your Mystery Bonus you will see the following icon above your Seascraper.
   
   
   
   
   
   Note: You can only use this bonus once.
   
2. If you want to use your Wonder bonus click on this icon and click "Yes"
   
   
   
   
3. You will have 3 minutes to collect from as many items as possible for huge bonus payouts.
   
   
   
   
4. After you are finished you will be notified how many coins you collected.
