Players report that they are having difficulty with receiving Fish Fillet items for Day 3 of our 10 Day Limited Edition Item feature.
There are currently two issues with the item. The Fish Fillet can be crafted in your Kitchens. If your Kitchens are all currently crafting, the button for the item will change from Craft to Ask.
You can continue to craft the Fish Fillet properly if one or more of your Kitchens are freed up.
Players are also reporting that, if the Ask button is visible, it does not properly send requests to friends and neighbors.
We are well aware of both issues and are rapidly working on a fix for this issue!

By clicking on "Please Fix", this tracks the number of customers that have been affected by the particular issue. Daily and weekly reports are sent to the Game studio with the number of the players that clicked on the button, specific to the issue listed above.
