We are currently experiencing and issue where the Free Gifts Page and Game are cut off on the bottom. It appears to have happened last night when Facebook pushed an update. We are currently working with Facebook to correct these issues. There is one work around for the Neighbors Bar across the bottom which is going to Full Screen. This should help you with your Neighbor Bar, Inventory, and Marketplace till we are able to resolve the issue.
We are also seeing some players reporting excessive loading issues. We are currently looking into this issue here and hope to find what is causing this issue for you soon.
