Current Issues and Bugs

Listed below are some of the current issues the Hidden Chronicles Game studio is actively investigating and working towards resolution. If you are experiencing any of the below issues, we recommend you click through the article and then click on "Please Fix" button as an alternative to contacting support. 

Issues and their workarounds:

• Getting an out of sync or pop-up saying "The artifacts have become unstable"- ClickHERE
• Gifts not going into the inventory after accepting them- Click HERE
• Game Feeds and Posting Help- Click HERE
• Energy missing from the bar- Click HERE

Issues under investigation:

• Luxury Dog House. Dog Agility Course - materials not being accounted for
• ZSC Message- "Package was left on your estate" but no package showing.
• Unable to remove neighbors. Please contact the Hidden Chronicles customer support and we will be happy to help you remove your neighbors.
